Where do orders ship from?

We ship all products from TBI HQ in Bundaberg, Queensland.

Shipping Options 

  • Add to my "TBI Collector Crate" - Add to your existing orders and ship for free when there is 4 or more items stored 
  • Sendle shipping - $10.95 Flat Rate Australia Wide, select this option if you have 4 or less items.
  • AusPost Regular with signature - $17.95 Flat Rate Australia Wide, this method includes a handling fee of $4.00
  • PO BOX SURCHARGE - same as above 

*Please note that AusPost/PO BOX orders are shipped only once per week, usually on a Thursday. 

In Stock and Pre-Order Items

If you have placed an order for in stock and pre-order items, please be aware that we will not ship the order until all items are in stock. The exception to this is when the "Add to my TBI Collector Crate" option is used.

What is the TBI Collectors Crate ?

TBI Collectors Crate is our answer to consolidating your orders! We have unofficially been doing this for some time now; we thought it was now time to make it official.
Simply choose TBI Collectors Crate during checkout when you are presented with the shipping options for your order, and we will "crate" your items. You can continue to add in stock and pre-order items to your TBI Collectors Crate until either - 

a) You have 4 or more items and want us to ship
b) Have TBI automatically ship when it becomes the most cost effective. (shipping to our 100L volume limit)

What's the advantage of the TBI Collectors Crate?

and who doesn't like receiving a massive box full of goodies?

All "Crates" are shipped via Courier with Sendle.
Sendle does not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers or other AusPost services.

We will no longer consolidate orders to save shipping unless the TBI Collectors Crate is used.

How long do I have to wait for my order ?

We endeavour to get orders dispatched as soon as we can, this is usually within 5 business days from when the order was placed.

Sometimes we do experience extreme busy periods which can affect our processing time, this is usually when a large amount of pre-order stock arrives or due to special sales, it is during these times that we ask for patience and understanding, we assure you we will be working as fast as we can to get everyone's orders dispatched.
