Official Rules
1. Eligibility: This competition is open only to those who purchase any item from our online store (www.toybotimportz.com.au) or in person at TBI Collectables located at 4/53 Woongarra Street, Bundaberg Central, QLD.
You receive one entry for each item that is purchased. The Competition is open to Australia and New Zealand Residents only.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Toybot Importz as final and binding as it relates to the content of this contest period.
3. Contest Period: Entries will be accepted starting from 6pm Eastern Standard Time December 18th and ending January 18th 2022 at 12:00am AEST.
4. How to Enter: Purchase any product from www.toybotimportz.com.au OR at TBI Collectables Including Deposit based Pre-Orders.
Purchases via our ebay store are not eligible.
You will receive one entry for each item purchased eg. 3 x Product A = 3 entries
5. Prizes: There is a total of 3 prizes, prizes will be drawn in the following order:

6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received ie: The number of total items purchased within the competition period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification: Winners will be selected at random under the supervision of Toybot Importz via a Facebook live stream Event on 20/1/22
Winners will be notified via Email. A public post on our Social Media channels will follow, listing all the winners. Toybot Importz shall have no liability for Winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for Winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
