At the beginning it was easy for us to reply nearly immediately to queries, however we have grown A LOT and we receive dozens upon dozens of emails and messages everyday, we try very hard to respond to all as quick as we can, we do ask that you give us up to 5 business days to respond.
Sending us multiple messages on multiple platforms does not speed up the process, it actually slows us down.
We process and ship Pre-Order stock in numeric order. We work very hard to try and get all out promptly, responding to emails and messages do slow us down, so we do ask for patience and understanding when new items get released.
Once you receive the shipping email from Oxipay, that means your order has been pre-approved by Toybot Importz, and that we are processing your order, for Pre-Orders please refer to the estimated arrival, it in no way means your order has been shipped. You will receive a tracking email directly from Toybot Importz. This is the only email that confirms your item is on its way.
